My Role

As Staff Designer, I led the redesign of core product experiences — shaping how AI integrates into complex legal workflows while ensuring the product feels credible, clear, and trustworthy in enterprise environments.

The challenge was not just introducing AI capabilities, but structuring them in a way that legal teams could understand, rely on, and incorporate into real decision-making processes.

I worked across product, brand, and narrative — collaborating closely with leadership, engineering, and marketing to define how the system behaves, how it communicates, and how it scales:

• Planning Mode — a conversational workspace for reasoning and workflow orchestration
• Tabular review systems for structured evidence analysis
• AI-assisted document and evidence workflows
• Usage analytics and reporting experiences
• Product marketing and storytelling systems
• Brand, motion, and visual language development
• Security and enterprise-facing materials

The focus was creating a system where powerful AI capabilities feel grounded and usable — bridging advanced intelligence with the expectations of professional legal environments.
